DETAILS    A DC Public Charter School’s policies and procedures are essential to its operations.  Yet, the constantly shifting sands of labor and employment law are a challenge for public charter schools.  In this session, we will explore the current landscape of laws affecting employee handbook policies and strategies that public charter schools can use that are compliant and consistent with their mission.
