TOPIC      Happy New Year: Are You Ready For The New Overtime Regulations?

DETAILS    On January 1, 2020, the U.S. Department of Labor’s revised FLSA “white collar” overtime exemptions will be effective. The new overtime regulations will have a significant impact on how you classify and pay employees. During this presentation, you will learn about the minimum salary level required for exemption as an executive, administrative and professional employee, and explore strategies for Schools to comply with the new regulations. Heads of School, Business Managers, and Human Resource and Payroll Professionals should attend this important session to understand the finer points of paying staff.
