Time to hire for school year 2012-2013.  Public charter schools face numerous legal challenges when it comes to recruiting, interviewing, screening, and selecting staff for the upcoming school year.  Alison Davis and Kevin Kraham from Littler will provide an overview of the legal requirements for job applications, advertising, interviewing, background checks, and selection to assist schools with the development of lawful hiring practices and hiring strategies.
