FOCUS Workshop Fee and Refund Policy
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We understand that emergencies and last minute changes happen. If you are no longer able to attend a workshop, you are welcome to send an alternative person in your place. If you are unable to find a substitute, we will accept cancellations and issue refunds under the following conditions:
• Due to limited seating and material sourcing, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
• Refunds for cancellations received less than 24 hours before a workshop will be issued on a case-by-case basis. If the workshop has a waitlist and we are able to fill your spot, a full refund will be issued.
• Absence to a workshop without notice of cancellation is non-refundable. If you cancel on the day of a workshop or after it has taken place, you must pay the registration fee in full. No refund or credit will be issued.
